They wouldn't last until the bingo. Although i am not sure when it is i would immagine November sometime. Suppose i will have to take a detour in the morning to pass the bank and get some money out.

grouchyoscar · 22/10/2008 14:25

Hello again

Takking this really seriously aren't I ? I have made rocky road crunch and 10 huge cherry an almond cookies

ruby I don't think planes go "downhill" .. possibly it had the prevailing wind behind it

kiwibella · 22/10/2008 14:54

sagacious... your dinner sounds divine!!

TheMadHouse · 22/10/2008 15:31

Ruby He will not notice in the slightest - enjoy your reunion and dont do anything I wouldnt - girls in bed at 6 then?

Bedlam sounds about right. Took both boys to the park after Preschool, but DS1 went onto the skateboard ramp (he is not allowed), was warned, but did it again regardless. So meltdown, as I tried to strap him in the car and he has hurt my hand. He is shattered. I am shattered. I still love him.

They want him to do mornings after christmas as he is such a challange and is pretty intollerant of the younger childrens inability to do what he can. Mind you I told him we were going to the hardware store this morning before swimming and when we got there he told me it said tool not hardware - far too clever. They dont have any morning classes yet, as they intake when the children turn three, only afternoon.

What have I created

Afternoon all

ooch to your hand mad and what a clever boy you have, I always pacify myself with the fact that ds1 was always badly behaved at nursery/preschool because he was so clever and got bored easily, now he is at school it turns out I was right (ish) he is so well behaved (at school) and is being stimulated alot more! So I think the same will be for your ds.

Lucys what a pain about your post office, ours closed last year and I now have get in the car to go to nearest one

So whats with all the baking you guys?
I have made a pizza base, dose that count??

I'm quite pleased with what I've done today
just need to
change sheets
turn and hoover mattress
hoover floor
and that's mads list done
Will do those bits tomorrow though

I'm off to weight watchers tonight but don't think i've done very well had chocolate cake yesterday

RR Enjoy your night, i'm sure he won't mind if you don't shave your legs! Just make sure you wash your bits and bobs and you'll be fine oh and maybe a bit of deodorant?

lucysmam · 22/10/2008 16:42

tigger of course pizza bases count! Or at least they do in my book. I'm baking so much simply to save money & that way we always (or nearly always) have something tasty in the house to munch.

I have cleared out the lo's wardrobe . . . overdone it & now my left shoulder and my collar bone are agony So taking it easy this afternoon, playing with the lo chasing balls around whilst trying not to move my left arm too much.

Really ought to do my list, just no motivation at the moment now I'm in pain. Will do it in the hour after I've showered when they're not too sore

Ruby how about shower together . If you're both slippery slidey he definately won't notice that you've not had chance to preen!

bythepowerofgreyskull · 22/10/2008 16:57

Lucysmam beat me too it - I was about to suggest a bath together or shower together ruby - hope you have a lovely evening.

TMH hope your hand recovers.. sounds like he really is a bright cookie... they are often a little challenging.

sagacious save some dinner .. sounds delicious.. I finish my course about 9.45 will be there asap

Have been productive today, have delimescaled the showers and another load of washing.. out tonight from 5.45 so need to get the boys dinner done. night all

TheMadHouse · 22/10/2008 17:51

A little challenging is an understatment.

Anyhow I cooked dinner and took them both out on their trikes, they are clean from swimming and in the nude watching cars. PJ's and cuddles and bed me thinks.

Perhaps I can have a bath after ironing mountian.

DS2 has the lurgy again. He has vomitted everywhere

I have his bedding in the washer
His mat outside to tackle in the am
His pillow to go in next
Made his bed
Washed his carpet
Disinfected his bed

He is currently tucked up in our bed with DH and he has been sick another 4 times.

I HATE it when they are poorley, espeically DS2, as he is so happy
