Can I wash kids dry clean only coat in washing machine

Its 45% polyester 38% wool 17% viscose

probably, but might be best to hand wash then a short spin

I suppose a gentle wool wash program would be ok. I think it's the wool content that's the problem. However, I think I would hand wash then spin it.

Don't take this as a guarantee, but I used to be good mates with the manager of a branch of a well known dry cleaners - they ofetn used to put things in a washing machine, then just spray the with stuff to make them smell dry-cleaned

I would try it on a delicate/wool cycle.
I've put quite a few dry clean only things in the machine, and all came out fine

Including my wedding dressing
