Children's beds- where to buy in or near SW London?

DS who is 3 and has until now been co-sleeping has expressed an interest in a bed of his own.

Where can we go to look at and buy him a bed? Apart from John Lewis & Ikea? I live in SW London. Had a look on the web and there are lots of companies that specialise in children's beds but they're all online businesses and I want DS to see and choose a bed. I'd like something long lastingthat wil grow with him and something which is nicley designed. Money is not a huge consideration as MIL, who is leaping for joy that he will finally be in his own bed, has offered to pay...

Also, at what age can children go into one of those cabin height beds (not the really high ones) as I suspect this might be what DS would really like. He is used to sleeping in a pretty high king size bed with no guards on it and has never yet fallen out.

Friends bought their childrens' beds from here in Sheen, might be worth a look. Or there is Aspace in Chiswick where we got ours

Ooh thanks. I knew Aspace had a limited range in Heals but I didn't realise they had a London showroom. And I can't believe I forgot about the Sheen shop, I drive past it quite often and always thought it looked good.
