Does anyone want to join me today for a major clean/tidy up today???

I've tried flying on numerous occasions and it didn't work for me (and actually this warzone around me is simply the result of too many days socialising and not enough time to clean and tidy ). I have a meeting here tonight, DS2 and 3 are here, but quite happy playing.

Who's going to join me???

I've tackled 1/3 of the ironing. About to go to town and get a few bits and then come back and hooover etc.

well I'm still waiting for DS1 to sort himself out since he came back from school then I can go and buy some stuff (including the bin bags which will help considerably in the tidying quest LOL).

I have cleaned and tidied the house until it practically sparkles today, I am exhausted. Hated every minute, but I have to admit that the place looks good. Even did my ironing mountain.

As soon as the DCs are in bed it is definitely Pimms o clock

I have done all of downstairs YAY! Threw all the crap that didnt belong downhere in a basket and dumped it in my room.
Now doing my paperwork for work. Something I quite possibly hate even more than tidying up.
Will be continuing to tidy after this!

charliecat · 02/07/2008 16:54

Aww angel, it only bloody comes back anyway...do something nice instead. I am nearly finished paper work. Am pressing print while mumsnetting...such hard work lol

I've nearly given up (not a great role model am I - I started the thread ).

I've taken the clothes upstairs that I ironed, and all I'm going to do is clear off the piano and table (and clean them), run the hoover round in here and in the hallway and that will probably be it.
