How do you deal with wet toothbrushes and wiping your mouth after you’ve brushed your teeth

I feel ridiculous asking but here we are. We tend to wipe the toothbrush etc dry along on a towel but the result is of course a towel with toothpaste on it, i.e. looking dirty. Is there a better way to manage this? Shall we just leave the brushes to drip dry a bit and wipe that off instead?

Rinse and shake.

Don't understand the problem, TBH. You only need a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on a brush, which will all be dissolved when you brush. Then after brushing, you rinse the toothbrush and leave to air dry.

But if you are using so much toothpaste that the brush is still covered in it after brushing, then wipe it off with a face flannel, rinse the brush and leave to air dry. Then rinse off the toothpaste on the face flannel and leave the flannel to air dry.
