Washing IKEA Poang cushion AND cover

A visitors dog has weed on my chair, I could take the cover off and put it in the machine but it’s really tight to put back on and the foam cushion would still be stinky.
Has anybody washed the cushion still in the cover in a large machine?
I figure this way all wee will be removed and the foam should be ok as it will be contained in the cover.

I would get it professionally cleaned and bill
the dog owner for it

i haven’t tried a poang in particular, but have machine washed similar cushions- it might get quite bent out of shape anyway in which case you’d need to yank the cushions er back into the right position. It might still be easier than taking it apart though.
