Hi. We have wooden floor boards, have tried this gel in a little ant catcher but they are still coming back. Is there anything I can use to kill them? They keep crawling on my dining table! Im not 100% sure where they are coming from.

There are lots of antkiller powders on the market. Most of them only work though if there is absolutely no other food supply available to them. You need to clear up any tiny crumbs after each meal so they go for the killer powder and clear off.
Try your local hardware store or garden centre.

We used something called AntStop Gun! (was attracted by the 'Gun!' - sounded like it meant business. You spray it where you think they are getting in, leave it to dry, and we haven't had any back at all.

I can highly recommend a good spray of Raid around the skirting boards and corners, from recent bitter experience. It lasts about 4 weeks.

Thanks for your replies. Do you mean raid as in fly/ wasp spray. I have some of that in cupboard, maybe I should just spray it!

I am pretty sure there's different Raid sprays for crawling insects than for flying ones. Sounds like you have the one for flying insects, but the one you need specifies that it's for ants on the can. Good luck, hope you get rid of the blighters!
