Cordless Hoover Dyson V8 or Shark Power Pro Pet - cordless hoover recommendations

Looking to get a cordless Hoover due to where I live (would make my life so much easier) both the above models are on sale quite reasonable price, but I wondered if anyone has any experience with either?

also, if anyone has any other models. I want something substantial not a powerless handheld Hoover dressed up as something cordless.

thanks so much

I had a cordless Dyson which was good but found cleaning the cylinder a faff & it broke.
i got a cordless Henry in the sale after Christmas. It is heavier than the Dyson bur picks up really well and has bags. So no more worrying about cleaning the filter. Have only had it a month. So far it’s really good.

ive had lots of dysons over the years and always found them to be great. I buy spare filters so cleaning them is then easy and saves waiting for it to dry. Cordless is hassle free and I will never return to a plug in again.

I like Dyson but do use it more as a hand held than full cleaning, I use Eufy Robot Vac's to trundle around everyday and they are really good. A Far better clean than any substantial hoover I have ever owned.

I have a cordless Shark and love it. Very easy to clean you can take it apart and wash the dust box. I use it to clean my Air BnB and it always astounds me how much dirt it picked up when people have been in only a single night.
