I used to cut the top section off a large plastic milk container and set the bag of flour in the base. Now I only buy small bags, so I store them in a zip lock freezer bag.

I got one in TKMaxx. Came with a scoop for the flour too. Sorry that doesn’t really help you because they don’t stock the same stuff regularly but it is possible to get them.

I put them in clear sandwich bags, they last through multiple replacements.

In answer to your question - no I haven’t!

I got some from Lakeland. Lock And Lock? They have a flip lid piece for pouring but I don’t use it, just put the flour bag inside. They fit two in.

I have the lock n lock ones. The ones for 1.5kg bags are a bit of a squeeze for a full bag but the ones for 1kg bags are a good fit. (Mine are the shape of the flour bag rather than like the one abov

No but I put the whole flour bag into big sandwich plastic zip lock to catch any loose powder

planthelpadvice · 11/04/2025 08:57

Is the reason for wanting to fit the whole bag in so you know what type of flour it is? I just cut the name off the bag and position it against the side of the container so I can see what it is.

I use the plastic bags that come in many sizes in Ikea. It's basically an excuse to 'have' to go because I love a day out there.

i put rice in old coffee jars, cut of the label of the rice and stick on the jar
