I always spend about £110 a week on food which is within our budget but we have so much food in - usually freezer and cupboard -that some of it stays there for months. I have this idea to -
- List all the food and try and make meals from it.
- Run down totally the food stores and then start again by properly meal planning and getting some staples in for when I can't get to the shops, etc.
I have to cook twice a day and remembering to buy enough food for 5 is proving impossible to remember. Things like buying lamb - 1 pack is usually too much for just the kids but two packs is too much for us to have later (I am not making much sense am !?) Have been like this all day. Am very tired.
