How to get subtle aftershave smells out of second hand shirts

I got a couple of mens shirts from the charity shop. They looked freshly laundered when I bought them but I put them through a cotton setting wash in the machine at 30 as standard when I buy second hand (this isn't a quick wash)

I noticed one still has a very faint smell of mens aftershave. What else can I do to help remove it? The shirts are otherwise clean and don't have any nastier lingering smells but I would like to remove this completely. Do I just need to rewash? Or is there another trick I can try?

May be worth noting as this current time of the month I do have a VERY sensitive sense of smell so it is probably appearing worse than it is ha... but still I would like to remove completely :)

Wash them at 40.

Use white vinegar in the rinse cycle.
