Morning all

I was hoping for a lie in today as the boys didnt go to bed till 10.30 last night and were really good at the party, but no.

We are up, DS1 has a sore willie again, so I am going to have to ring the OOH doctors

The party was great fun and they were really supprised.

I have the washer on

but I am going for a bath

Happy anniversary Luda Dh and I have been married 9 years too, together for 13....not sure how much longer we'll last though (sorry, really down about things again atm)

FGS glad dd seems a bit better this morning. It's pouring here too so I have no idea what to do and we're already driving each other mad!

Jas enjoy your day I'd love to be able to take the kids to the Natural History Museum. We have a good one in Oxford which we go to from time to time. The garden bench/table sounds great

Tort Well done at the car boot sale. There's going to be one here in a month so we're thinking we should get organised and try to sell some bits and pieces.

TMH enjoy the garden

Dyls enjoy London

Well, we have nothing planned. There was an event we thought about going to be it's outside and the weather is shocking so we can't go there after-all.

I have been up since too early again and am very tired. Had a weird dream about being burgled - freaked me out a bit

Nothing much else to report so am off to sort breakfast.

TheMadHouse · 05/05/2008 09:29

Well the mad house is up and all dressed and fed.

we are going to pop to our small local garden centre and then back for our lazy day

Washer is on
House is tidyish
Bedrooms are done

Not even being ill (as is often the case) just can't leave the house in case I am ill.

SO bloody stupid

BiancaCastafiore · 05/05/2008 10:31

Doctor made me feel stupid.

Have not had treatment except some councelling a couple of years ago which in the end hardly touched on the anxiety thing.

Need to deal with it but don't know how.

Can't get to the doctors cos I'll be ill and unable to travel to surgery then ill in waiting room then everyone will see how stupid I am

Awful stomach cramps and diarrhea

Can't do car journeys.

BiancaCastafiore · 05/05/2008 10:35

Used to be sick. At least you can easily () be sick at the side of the road. Diarrhea is another situation completly

BiancaCastafiore · 05/05/2008 10:36

Shouldn't really be bothering you with this. Sorry

Not really. I use rescue remedy and do take pills (imodium etc) They help a little with physical symptoms but don't take them away completely.

I did try.
GP just made me feel as though I was getting myslf in a state over nothing. Which the rational side of my brain knows I am but when you're caught up in this cycle it's not nothing.

I think it is in a way, yes. I am so worried about what might happen that I will avoid things just in case. Tbh I usually do get ill though so the fear is v genuine.

I can do the school run and help at school and some other local things these days which a year ago I couldn't do. But I can't do any other journeys, esp those which involve going anywhere I'm unfamiliar with.

I am increasingly feeling as though I need to get this dealt with. I miss so much atm

I will try to build up to booking an appt with a different doctor.

I'm about it though. This is not the person I am, really it's not. I think most people in rl would be suprised to find I suffered like this.

I know that's what I should do It's so difficult. I will plan to do that though. I really need to get past this.

The sun is shining now. I think dh and the kids will be back for lunch then we'll hopefully be able to have a walk/bike ride together this afternoon
