Where to buy a peg board for a bedroom

DS has ASD and ADHD and likes to be able to see everything he owns. I also have ASD and I'm the complete opposite, I like things organised and out of site.

DS is really good at putting things back in their place but we simply dont have enough surfaces for this, there is stuff carefully arranged over every inch making it impossible to clean.

I thought a very large peg board might work, the type where you can add hooks and little shelves and baskets. I can only see garage type ones or mega expensive stylish versions. Can anyone recommend one that'd work that doesn't cost hundreds?

I'm not sure if this is heavy enough duty, but depending on what's to be hung on it, Ikea do this one to which you can attach loads of accessories

I bought the ikea one for my ds. Does yours like cleaning, because all of the pits and shelves got really dusty. Cleaning it all was a mission.

It's already been said...Ikea! They sell loads of different hooks, baskets etc to fit on them.

Thank you all, IKEA hasn't even occurred to me but it looks perfect. I'll buy several.

Hopefully the bits can go in the dishwasher if they get dusty

The IKEA one is fab. These little pots aren't sold as officially compatible but fit nicely along the top edge of the IKEA pegboard. Perfect for pens, rulers etc. You can apply stickers or vinyl wrap to personalise them.
