I need a new tumble dryer. Has anyone got an AEG or an LG one?

Need to replace our John Lewis heat pump one.

I've discounted Bosch because, annoyingly, you can't switch the door hinge. Happy to be wrong on this.

I've discounted some other brands on cost so am left with AEG or LG. I know John Lewis's own brand is AEG/Electrolux. However, my current HP dryer is about 10 years old.

So, long winded way of asking for some feedback on LG - never had an LG appliance - and modern AEG dryers. Thanks.

Not helpful but bought a Blomberg, its fine.

We have an LG thinq I find it great. Mind you playing a tune when it finishes is a bit OTT, a beep would be fine!
