I think for me it would be my hoover or washing machine, can't really decide between them as both get used every day.

in my dreams!!

Having had no kitchen (in fact, barely any ground floor rooms) for the last 8 months and therefore no gadgets I would say washing machine. I got round the lack of other stuff but no washing machine was an absolute pain.
