Narrow washing machines - do they exist?

Does anyone know if a narrow washing machine exists? I have tried to find one in obvious places, without much success. I can find ones with reduced depth (back to front) but not reduced width (side to side) so far. Standard is 600mm, I was hoping for 550mm.

If I could find one, it would make a difference to kitchen layout.

Can you move the washing machine somewhere else?

Mine is in my hall cupboard. Works really well as I have a living room/diner/ kitchen and it means I don't have to listen to washing machine noise.

This Daewoo one looks amazing actually, so low energy by the sound of it.

I'm going to stick with how things are for now but properly research the alternatives.

I understand what people are saying about massive sofas etc - it can be hard to find what you want on the high street, things are all so similar.

Hi just wondering if you got this sorted? I have a problem where builders have not left enough room for standard size washing machine 😡
