Who knows about burnt pans? BLW disaster...

Junior is having so much fun with BLW. he loves steamed baby courgettes, we have (today) discovered. Unfortunately, I am having less fun with my ceramic hob. Especially since carrots take SOOOOOO much longer than courgettes.

Must clean pans before DH comes home to laugh and ridicule. Again. There is charcoal. And brown stains up the sides. No holes though.

Blardy BLW. I'm sure Aitch has warned of this somewhere but I never read instructions.

No Cali - this is the second time today. I'm not going near the pan or the bleeding ceramic fucking hob. It is going to the great pan recycler in the sky. and I am never cooking again because I am a fuckwit.

bleach, water and a tablespoon of bicarb, boil up and the stains go. You may have to repeat and it stinks, but it works.
