Best electric mop for high gloss polished porcelain tiles please??

I had my house renovated and I deeply regret getting the whole ground floor covering in high gloss porcelain tiles as I struggle to keep it shiny and clean without streak marks. I've been vacuuming, then using a traditional mop with porcelain tile cleaner and then getting on my hands and knees to use a microfibre cloth to buff it. However, this takes hours and with 3 young children, none yet school age, is incredibly hard for me. I am fortunate to have a cleaner too, but even she struggles with the mopping as it takes too much time and labour.

I am looking for an electric mop that will work on high gloss polished porcelain tiles, if anyone can recommend please?

Just get 2 enormous rugs instead. I'm a cleaner but even I think life's too short to spend hours polishing floor tiles.

Thankfully I do have 2 large playmats in the living room, but I don't in my hall or kitchen. Perhaps I can find one for my hall which will make life easier!

I have a friend who tries to get everyone she knows to buy the Bissell Crosswave. She loves it so much.

i don’t know if it’d be suitable for porcelain so I’m not suggesting you buy it, just that you read some reviews and see if it might be a good solution for you.

Polti seems to be well liked.

My sister has a kitchen floor exactly like yours and she bought a Bissell Crosswave as the previous poster mentioned. She's never looked back it's awesome.

Thank you everyone. I am thinking to choose between the Bissel Crosswave and the Air Craft Power Glide.

I wish there was a way to test these products out before buying, like a renting system.

Just to feedback, in case anyone ever stumbles on this. The Aircraft powerglide is amazing! My high gloss polished porcelain tiles sparkle and it takes minutes.

Does it leave water behind, @ChaosAndCuddles ? I have high gloss porcelain tiles downstairs- cream in hall and black in downstairs loo. The black ones in particular look awful with any water marks.

No, it doesn't because it mops, buffs and dries at the same time. I heard that the Bissell Crosswave was not good for glossy polished tiles, so I am glad I did my research first. The aircraft powerglide is definitely life changing for me!

The only downside is that apparently the rechargeable battery will need replacing every once in a while.

@ChaosAndCuddles can I ask what you use to keep your grout clean, we went for light grey and having a nightmare!! Did you get yours sealed and are you still loving your mop! We have the shark click and flip and in it finding it too good

Currently using a BISSELL SpinWave Hard Floor Cleaner and Polisher
much simpler to use and doesn't have to be cleaner each time you use it. You do need to buy at least 3-4 set of pads, and change them as you go.

I either rinse them in the sink, or put them through the washing machine.

I used to have a karcher floor cleaner with rollers and an waste tank etc, but way to much hassle and didn't cleaner the floor very well anyway.
