Laundry ball seemed to work OK, but ran out of pellets much quicker than I expected. I wasn't inclined to get another one. I have an ancient washing machine though that doesn't do short cycles or 30 washes, so that might have washed them away too quick.

I suppose you could use it as a trial one before buying the green eco balls that cost about £30.
