Just need a bit of advice as I'm losing patience with Samsung. Bought dishwasher 6 months ago, broken at least 3 times. Have done troubleshooting over the phone and still not working and they are now asking me to bring a plumber to check the connection which I'm sure is working fine as other appliances are working ok and connected to the same place. The product is under warranty and Samsung is requesting me to bring a plumber and pay out of pocket for this? Is this acceptable? Need a bit of advice as the product hasn't been any good and now if feels like Samsung is refusing to fix?!
