Has anyone managed to get the John Lewis £50 off £500 spend to work?

Just wondering if it’s worth any more of my time trying to get it to work or if the issue lies with John Lewis!

MYJLHOME50 is supposed to give £50 off Home products at checkout. We’ve tried it with lighting, furniture, tables, all sorts and it just says it’s an invalid code. Have tried it on three different accounts/emails but no good.

Has anyone had any joy?

have you tried when using the JL app? It’s working for me on the iPhone app on an order for a £1000 table.

I'd phone up and try to do it with a customer service assistant. I missed out on an offer for Clinque the other month because I did not realise that I had to add the free gift as if it was a purchase. Apparently, it would then have given me the discount.
