I am shattered, hard day at work today and a friend came over this evening. It was wonderful to see her but all I really wanted to do when I got home was go to bed

I have been trying to read the threads but my eyes keep watering and I then cant see the words.

I`m full of cold Tablets only seem to work for about 1 hour.

TMH I remember reading that you TV has gone wrong and you cant find the receipt.
If you paid by Cheque or a Credit Card/Debit Card then you can use that as a receipt. The shop has to take it as it shows you made a payment to them.

Are you looking for Microsoft word (which comes with Windows XP or Word in the works programme?

If its the Windows XP then it should be in
Start> All Programes> Accessories> and mine is down the end of the list WordPad

You can also get word layouts in MY Documents aswell. Start> My Documents> it opens. Then File>New> what you want to use. My is called 'Rich Text Document' or Txet Document

If you want other one, you need a Microsoft Works Programme for that.
