Best place to sell/get rid of tat

Hi,

Looking for the best way to get rid of home clutter.

We've sold most of our clothes using Vinted.

We have lots of ornaments, old cookware things and just general shite.

Will it sell on eBay?

Is there a better way?

For non-electricial stuff try ebay, facebook market place and charity shops.

With electrical stuff ask friends/acquaintances if they want it or can get rid of it for you.

Basically those things have no value second hand.

Boot sale?

Check out if there's a local recycling Facebook page. I joined the one for my town and I swear I could offer up a box of tissues and someone will come collect it 😅

I use the Trash nothing app for things I don't think will sell but don't want to landfill and can't charity shop. I also try Facebook marketplace or local Facebook pages.

Lurking too, my FB Marketplace experience is very disappointing. I’m sure people are just not deliberately coming, I had a bad experience and told a woman I wouldn’t sell an item to her, since then anything I’ve tried to sell has no shows on arranged appointments to collect.

ive Given loads to charity now but could have done with the few £’s.

If you have loads of stuff selling or offering free online would take ages and be very frustrating.

Suggest you put a day aside, box everything up and do a car boot sale.
Anything left over at end of day take to charity or the recycling tip.
