Best way to remove black mould from bathroom sealant?

Just that really! Typical new build house, extractor fan not working until recently but now does come on. What's the best way to remove the already developed black mould on the bath/tile connecting sealant. It's a shower over bath. Thank you!

HG mold spray is the only thing I've tried that works. It's worked even when neat bleach hasn't. However, I find it always works on grout but occasionally it doesn't work on silicone.
