I have just bought one .
It is not a Lakeland one but a sort of rectangular one with wings from the side.

It didn't come with a cover but I have read about putting a sheet over it.

Can anyone tell me how to use it efficiently please.

( Still un opened so can send it back if I get told they are useless 😃!)

Thanks.

If you are trying to save money, place it somewhere warm and let the heat from kitchen, radiator or whatever do some of the work. When you put a T shirt on a rail, the part of the fabric touching the heat will dry. Other parts will dry more slowly, so if you are home, it makes sense to move things around. A sheet or duvet cover will trap some of the warmth.

I used to put mine on a timer to come on overnight when there was no heating on. Everything would dry in 24 hours, but often sooner, especially if I was going to run an iron over them. Smaller items can be finished off on a radiator when they are just damp.
