Brand new stainless steel sink, shiny shiny, help me keep it that way!

The draining board part is the really shiny stainless steel and the interiors of the sinks are brushed stainless steel.

What is the best product to keep it stain free and non-scratched?

I currently use a microfibre cloth to wipe up the water. Should I use a basket in the sink? I have one on the draining board.

I use Shiny Sinks, think it's manufactured by a brand called Homecare. I get it at Sainsburys but, my MIL can get it in her Tesco's.

Also CIF do a stainless steel spray - i use it on my hob and it brings it up lovely. Got it in Tesco.
