How to get tea stain out of white t shirt

Hi any ideas on how I can get this stain out? I used vanish white but could only wash at 30°C because of the washing instructions on the t shirt.

Did you pre-treat?

I've just used vanish pink on a very similar stain on a white t shirt which had set following an earlier 'normal' wash and dry.

First I soaked the stain in white vinegar for about 6 hours (which didn't work lol). Then I went and bought a tub of pink vanish, put the (still wet with vinegar) shirt on a plate, put half a scoop of vanish directly on the stain, added some warm water to make a paste and ground it into the stain and left for 10 mins.

Then chucked it in the wash with detergent and another scoop of vanish.

No idea if it was just the vanish or if the vinegar had anything to do with it but it came out perfect so thought I'd put the whole process!

Washing up liquid. (Well it gets food stains off plates so it's going to shift them from fabric).
