Any ideas on getting kerosene smell out of the washing machine?

Hello,

I bled our boiler and stupidly chucked the towel that got kerosene on it in the washing machine - it ended up stinking of it.

Things I have tried so far:
Hot wash with laundry capsules
Hot wash with vinegar
10.5l of Coke... apparently it has worked for others
1kg of soda crystals and a hot wash
Bicarbonate of soda
Dettol washing machine cleaner and a hot wash.

The odor definitely is not as strong but I can still smell it.

Help!

Eucalyptus oil. Try cold wash first...add pure Eucalyptus oil to the drum rather than the dispenser.
