Any plumbing experts out there familiar with Ital towel radiators from Bathstore?

We had one installed recently and only the lower third is heating up. I presume I have an airlock but can't see how I can 'bleed' the thing. I bled all the other radiators in the house with the hope it might shift the air lock in the circuit but it hasn't worked.

Any advice would be welcome.

Where is it on the circuit IYSWIM? If its at the end it may be that the hot water isn't getting that far.

We have a towel rail that gets really hot. Theres no way to bleed it AFAIK.

It's up in the loft but there are two other brand new radiators in each room too. They both work.

When the towel radiator was first installed it was hot. I've only just noticed the problem.

erm...not sure then, as thats the extent of my radiator knowledge I'm afraid
