Help! Best and easiest way to clean up a nicotine stained shower room.

I'm sorting out a room where the owners heavy smoking has stained the grout and tiles and sealant yellow. What would be the best product to use. I was going to try good old vinegar and baking soda but is there an amazing heavy duty product that would work well? Spent all morning descaling the shower and the next job is the walls and tiles.

I have both of those so will try a patch with both, thanks. Didn't think of sugar soap, I think I've got about 5 litres of it in the garage!
