What's the best way to clean the oven?

I know, I know! But I've never done it myself before, it's always been my husbands job. It is so bad I don't know where to start. Looking for tips to make it as easy and pain free as possible! Nervous about all the chemicals as I have a small baby crawling about. Any recommendations for cleaning products that work but won't gas us?

I love this stuff. Very little effort involved.

Yes there are loads of tips and hacks online but I think a good oven cleaner (I use Mr muscle) does the trick with least effort. Just spray the whole oven, leave for as long as tin says and wipe away... Easy and quick result!

Use elbow grease you get in the pot or the cream cleaner. Put the racks in a bin bags, put elbow grease all over the rack, tie the bin bag leave over night , rinse in the morning. Oven door a use the elbow grease again or warm the oven up and use a Brillo pad. Clean inside the same way

Pay for someone to come and do it! Your oven will look like new.

If that's not a goer, then fishing out the instructions that came with the oven and taking the time to dismantle the door so you can clean all the different layers separately. You can slide the panels of the oven out in some models to clean as well. A steamer might help the chemicals and brillo pads work.

When you're done, and it's all nice and clean, use liners so you don't get quite as much crap on it in future!

I still don't know how to do the grill fixture though, and tend to avoid using it.
