I found this oven cleaner Bracknell online and considering to hire her for my regular oven cleaning needs. Before I do so, is there anything I should check first? Anyone? TIA.

I would want their full name and contact details including address. Our oven broke whilst being professionally cleaned and it took a lot of phone calls to get them to take responsibility and fix it. Fortunately they were very local and we knew there address so could have pursued further if needed.
