Hi there,

I just wondered if you lovely lot could give me some advice. Is the V10 absolute really good or is the V11 absolute worth the extra 150 pounds more?

I have the V10 a couple of months and love it. I had a V6 prior to that and the difference between them is amazing. It was quite embarrassing how much dirt came off my carpets the first time I used the V10. I looked at the V11 but I felt it didn't offer any amazing extras to justify the price difference. I got a deal on the V10 so the difference would have been 200.

@HiGunny - Thank you that's good to know!! Does the V10 absolute come with the 'fluffy head' that everyone always says you should have - it doesn't seem that clear on the information. I

Actually now that I look at mine it's the Total Clean, not the absolute...it has the fluffy head, which is great for tiles and wooden floors. I think the normal head would end up scratching wood floors.

I remember finding it hard to find out which brush heads came with which model! I think the Dyson website might have the info.

I hated my cordless Dyson... Bought another Henry .... just saying 🤷‍♀️

There isn't a massive difference in performance between the two models.
V11 has digital battery life indicator. It is supposed to have better suction but in my opinion both the 10 and the 11 are rubbish on carpet.

We had the V10, and I thought it was pathetic in comparison to my Henry. I was so disappointed! Have now scrapped the Dyson and bought a cordless Hoover one - £100 cheaper and so much better in terms of suction.
