Have just bought the veg cushion from Lakeland

Is it better to take the fruit and veg all out of its packaging and lay on the cushion or leave in its boxes (which defeats the pbject to me and stops the cushion helping to keep the food fresher for longer)?

NO idea what a 'veg cushion' is but lol at thought of them all sitting nicely on their cushion watching tv.

... which isn't very helpful really, so I do apologise...

Oh no, will have to get DH to move the fridge in to the lounge, actually I have a little tv in the kitchen so will immediately move that so they can watch (let's hope they can see through the fridge door!)

Nothing less than a hand embroidered silk cushion stuffed with the down of 1000 angel wins for my carrots.

OH I agree. Some of the stuff is a bit mad but if it means the food lasts longer then it is money well spent.

God but you spoil your veg! they must love life in your fridge

ADragonIs4LifeNotJustHalloween · 26/10/2007 16:23

That's how it works - they love it so much they don't want to go off...
