How do I make my home smell nice?

Hello! I don't think we're particularly stinky, but with a seven month old baby and two large fluffy cats, I'm pretty sure our home smells a little now and again and I'm worried we're nose-blind.

I'd like to make it clear that hygiene-wise, we're pretty diligent - cat lifted cleaned religiously and swiftly, we have a good well-sealed nappy bin etc

What else can we do to make our home smell lovely (that isn't toxic to cats - so no plug-ins or anything)? I don't want to burn candles with the cats around, and those reed diffuser things don't seem to last. I'm keen to hear your tips!

Not RTFT but DO NOT HAVE LILIES.

They smell horrible like wet mops and are poisonous to cats.

If you have cats your house will smell of cats.

With autumn setting in perhaps wipe Zoflora pet friendly on the radiators? I have heard this is effective. Also, wax melts are good!

I bought an air purifier machine that helps with dog smells. Pretty sure it helps. I use pet friendly scented candies after cooking. Clean and sweep a lot. Wipe down with zoflora. Also open windows a lot too.
