Is it safe to pour blonde hair dye products down the drain?

I was hoping for some advice!
I bought some hair dye today (Live max blonde hair dye) and didn't use all the "hair lighting powder"
I poured the unused lighting powder down he drain in the bathroom sink

Is it safe to pour bleaching hair dye products down the sink?

Dosent it say on the box not to put it down the sink as its harmful to aquatic life?
