FLYbabies, Day 8.....write down your routines.

day 8

I can't bring myself to create a whole folder dedicated to FLYing, but if you want one, now is the time to start it.

I have made a nice weekly timetable with space on the side for morning and evening routines, and a daily space for houseshold jobs and child-related activities, and stuck it to the fridge.

Just checking in with an update.

Today I:
got dressed to shoes
checked sink still shiny
emptied D/W & reloaded
cleaned worktops thoroughly (big job cos of type of worktop)
hoovered lounge
cleaned family bathroom except the bath
did 1 load washing & hung on airer to dry

Asked DS if he needed a wee/poo x100 (day 5 of potty training) & emptied potty xlots(!)

Cooked a meal for the family (DH, DS & me) but couldn't eat any of it so had to make something different.

Sat around feeling nauseous all afternoon (think I did too much cleaning this morning - might have to give it all up for a while ). I still have to compile a folder/chart or whatever. Feeling awful so think I might leave it until tomorrow.

Should I have done a hotspot today?
What about today's reminders - or do they only get issued on weekdays?

Hope everyone else is OK.

done nothing as it is my fly day off

I already have my routine for each room listed on the pc (easier to update that written sheets).

Oooh, an au pair? Smashing! Do they come free with the ring binders?

Not been at home today. Did manage to do the morning routines and will make sure downstairs is OK before I go to bed. Children (or grandparents!) have managed to make a bit of a mess! LOL

Oh and i've done my ironing AGAIN!!

Today I have

Shined my sink
Defrosted fridge
Got dressed with my laid out clothes (after the above 2 - thats naughty isn't it ?)
Can't find reminders and can't see how to sign up for emails (I can see how to join Yahoo group though)
Done my bathroom shelf as hotspot
Done 2/1 loads of washing...talking of which I should go and fetch the washing out of hte tumbler...

*2 1/2 loads of washing

Jas, 'twas me! Free Au Pair with every ring binder offer finished now though!

LOL @ laminator envy, 70% off in WHSmith was £9.?? only this week.

Although now you all probably detest me and think I'm cheating...

Alycat - you lucky thing! I'm quite of both au pair and laminator.

I have just checked all my credentials, and no, I am not whomovedmychoc, but I can see why you might think that (the whole WMMC thing). I don't think there's anyone brave/daft enough around here to dare to even look at my chocolate (or my wine)at the moment!
