Should I worry about this when moving out

I've been in a rented house for 21 months and moving out of this property soon. Some of the grout round the bathroom tiles where the shower is are discoloured even though I've always kept on top of the cleaning. There is no window in the bathroom so I'm not if that's not helped as it's not been able to be aired properly (had quite a few problems with the bathroom fan too and it's not been taking any steam away which the landlord is aware of and hasn't fixed it properly).
I'm worried incase the landlord tries to take some deposit from me. A lot of websites have said it's classed as wear and tear but I'm not sure? I know it wasn't done before I moved in either. Neither was the sealant round the bath.
Does anyone know if it would be classed as wear and tear or not?

don't bother!! Repeat - sealant goes mouldy eventually and needs to be taken off with proper remover and replaced. This is the landlord's job.

sorry - and grout too. My rental has sealant but there are plastic shower panels instead of tiles, so no grout there. Immaculate after some distinctly varying degrees of tenant.
