brown sock in the wash with dh favourite white shirt help....

ive just emptied the washing machine and dh shirt has brown marks on it from one of ds socks ive stuck it through a pre wash and scrubbed and now soaked his shirt but it doesnt seem to be shifting!What can i do or buy?

is it all white if so put it in clod water with bit of bleach, i just done it with a couple of things that went pink when one off dd's skirts got in with white wash. I tried oxy wouldn't shift it. Although any advice to get it out of my beige shorts would be appreciated.

Did you try mixing Oxy into a paste and applying to stains? This is supposed to work...

no could try that, i have the liuid one that your suppose to pour direct onto stains but wouldn't budge it.

no its white with green checks grrrr. Wasnt there something on the market advertised for this sort of problem i swear i saw somethingon the tv......
