Well, dd and I are home from a lovely afternoon out We had a fun girlie time at the cinema and both enjoyed the film
Ds has had fun at his friends too so we're all happy (and tired!)

EHM I've just emailed you Hope to chat later, once I've made the kids supper (if that's a good time for you...)

Luda I hope you managed to get the kids out in the garden. I've found my two ask for the telly or the computer more and more these days (could they be following my example? )

Better go and get the pasta cooking, see you later x

Thanks Luda and EHM I know what you mean, you end up feeling like it's you that has made the wrong life choices even though you love the life you lead. I spoke to her today and that made me feel better tho. I'll ringfence the 300 quid they're paying for a 3 night stay on a term time holiday for 3 for a week next year.

Had a great time at the teddy bears picnic. Also managed to get a gorg damask table cloth for the new table for under a fiver so all to the good really.

Exhausted now, Ed is too. Wer had too much food and country air....ZZzzzzzzzzz

Hello

Just a quick question for anyone who is around...

Where do you keep your kids lunch boxes? I have about 4 lunch boxes and can't find anywhere to keep them. They were all shoved in the cupboard, but I could never find them, and no I have tidied it all out, I have no space. I can fit 2 on top of the fridge but at the moment the other 2 are squashed down the side of the fish tank not looking too good!

Any ideas??????

TIA xx

Hi Luda I've just washed and then abandoned several lunch boxes/bags on the kitchen worktop as I have no idea where they can be stored during the holidays...I'm thinking they'll prob go on top of the fridge....

Hmmmm....I have squashed them on top of the fridge...my breadmaker lives up there, and the cat bicuits.

TUT I just don't have enough space!!!

I have had to put all the cereal boxes on top of the microwave as they are too tall for the shelves in my cupboard...the kitchen just feels very cluttered at the mo

I have to clear the cupboard back out again tomorrow...it never stays tidy, and there must be at least 20 pairs of never worn shoes and un-used coats slung in a heap in there....oh god I HATE all the piles of crap..and all the cluttered cupboards and side boards and stuff.

I think in true Anthea style I need to invest in some baskets!

ludaloo · 08/08/2007 19:53

...Actually I have a wicker blanket box in my bedroom...I wonder if that will fit in the downstairs cupboard....or even in the hall...for all the shoes to be slung into and then I can shut them all away!

ludaloo · 08/08/2007 19:53

Ok...any ideas for shoes??

shouldbe · 08/08/2007 20:42

I have a small cupboard in the hall- tis squashed full of shoes!

Are you around on MSN at all Luda?...I need to speak to you!
