Does anyone have a step by step guide to daily housekeeping?

I've not been well, severe depression, but I want to start looking after my house more, doing things regularly, in small steps. So I wondered if anyone had seen a list somewhere of daily, weekly, monthly tasks etc. I feel like I need a list to tick off to keep myself motivated.

I have cards, a big magnetic clip keeps them together and I can stick it on my dishwasher as a reminder.

The cards are split into daily and weekly jobs. There is a separate card for each job. The clip means I can quickly flick through them to check/remind me what needs doing.

My daily jobs are:

  • open bedroom windows & beds (I don't make beds its healthier for them to breathe)
  • pick up and put away in each bedroom (I allow 5 mins per bedroom)
  • unload dishwasher & reload
  • put clean dishes away (I load during the day, put it to go at night, unload in the morning so its always ready to fill)
  • load of laundry to washing machine
  • load of laundry from washing machine to line (I put a load to go at night on delay timer so its ready to unload in the morning)
  • swish and swipe sink
  • wipe down work surfaces & breakfast table
  • prep and cook evening meal
  • mop hall, kitchen and utility floors (I have a dog)
  • hoover upstairs, downstairs and stairs (dog again)
  • swish and swipe bathrooms 1, 2 & 3 this is sinks and toilet (I visit each one when finished I swish them over) showers are done weekly

I find a timer effective too. I usually always want to carry on beyond the time limit.

I can't get any TOMM link to work, just says 'File Not Found'. Nor can I find it in the google play store. Is it just me or is it a site problem?

@ThreadKillerSleepsInACoil you need to search "Team Tomm" with a space

I agree TOMM is the best one.
