Getting Calippo stains out of a cotton dress

DP gave toddler DD an Orange Calippo when she was wearing her new favourite pale blue dress. He rubbed it down with vanish stain removing soap, and I washed it with bio powder at 30. The stain is still there, laughing at us and completely unchanged. It is currently soaking in water while I consult the Internet.

Any thoughts?? And also, why the f¥%~# do Calippo put madly staining stuff in lollies for kids??

Washing up liquid is very good on fruity stains, but I haven't tried it on something that's already been washed. You can also hang it outside in the sunshine to try and fade it.

I second washing up liquid - I don't buy stain remover products anymore. Depending on the stain I squirt some liquid directly onto the stain and then wash as normal with biological powder. Occasionally, if the stain is really bad (exploding ink pen!) I fill a bucket/sink with water and washing up liquid and let it soak for a while before putting it in the machine as normal.

Thank you both!
I've given it a good scrub with washing up liquid, which seems to have faded it a little, and hung it in the sun. Fingers crossed...
