Where sell the best value for money, quality super king bed covers

I need to get some bed sets for our bed. We seem to have ones that don't fit properly and it's starting to drive us crazy
Our mattress is a very thick deep memory foam one. It's a tempur mattress and I think that's why sheets pop off?
Marks and Spencer seem to fit well but then they have recently been popping off the bed at night
Same goes with the duvet covers where the duvet seem to sleep inside them? This might be because we have a few sets from TK max and they may not be a true super king size
I want good quality but don't care for a brand on the bed in particular. But the cheapest price for the best fit and wash would be great if there are any suggestions
Thanks

Dunelm?

NChangeForNoReason · 02/04/2019 04:13

PRIMARK of all places was a god send!

Cheapies yet good quality from £15 for a duvet cover. The sheets were £6.50 and have been amazing on our simba SKS.

I recommend a good mattress protector though.

I use the emperor size flat sheets from dunhelm rather than fitted sheets. They aren’t that cheap but wash well and last years.

Murinae · 02/04/2019 04:19

And I got the mattress protector from the white company

Asda do a deep fit superking sheet with extra thick elastic. It's called trufit and its a 300 thread count. We have one and it's brilliant. Cost about £15 but well worth it.

Also I found I had so much excess material at the sides of the duvet cover until i put the duvet in 'sideways' and it fits perfectly.

On a budget? Tk max Smile

roundligament · 02/04/2019 07:33

Thank you so much for these tips
I had no idea that Peimark sold super king size anything. I can check.
Great idea about Dunelm. They are only up the road!
And I'll try the side ways tip Grin
Not keen on TK I think it's very hit and miss
Will report back with how it all went this evening !

Can't recommend deep sheets, but I've had a few duvet covers from Tesco and really pleased with quality. And so cheap!

John Lewis do ones made to fit. They're v comfy and stretchy and never ping off or roll up https://www.johnlewis.com/tempur-tempur-fit-fitted-sheet/p2075674 here]

Viceroy bedding, extra deep Egyptian cotton sheets for less than £20. They fit a tempur mattress perfectly.

TitchyP · 02/04/2019 08:21

Can second the Asda bedding for superking, the sheets are deep and have decent elastic all the way round.

thenewaveragebear1983 · 02/04/2019 09:11

You need a 'deep' fit sheet, our mattress is a foot thick and I always look for these. I buy them on amazon or eBay to be honest, cheap and cheerful. Plus TU at Sainsbury's have very nice quilt covers, our recent SK one was in the sale at £33 and it's really lovely, washes well, no scratchy bits. Plus has a zip instead of buttons (not sure if that's the norm now, but I like it anyway!)

roundligament · 02/04/2019 20:18

It seems the mistake from looking at my sheets is that I haven't bought the deep ones.
So much helpful information here thank you all!
