Today I mopped my bathroom floor for only about the 4th time since it was laid 4yrs ago. I bloody hate washing floors. I wet wipe the floor around the loo once in a while, well, maybe a couple of times a year.... Filthy, I know but am sure the bathroom didn't smell.
Who else has a chore they hate doing. Cant believe I'm the only mucky cow here.....

Laundry...sorting,washing, hanging, drying, folding, pairing socks, finding clean clothes in the wash baskets because lazy DCs couldn't be arsed to put stuff away. I bloody hate all of it!

Mopping the kitchen floor.

Emptying out the fridge and dealing with out of date food.

Changing the king size bed with it's ridiculously thick heavy mattress which sits in a wooden frame.

Putting clean laundry away.

I hate emptying the dishwasher - love loading it and clearing the sides but emptying it but does my head in. I tend to just take a few bits out as and when I need them (usually mugs and spoons) then when it's half empty take the rest out. Such a pita!

I haven't cleaned the oven in the 4 years I've been in this house - that's a blue job, I just can't do it.

Mopping makes me angry so I sweep and hoover hard floors instead, if and when it needs proper mopping I ask my DM for her steam mop and she comes round and does it for me (because she's territorial over that steam mop!)

I haven't ironed for years because I hate it so much.

Changing bedding - I used to enjoy this, the satisfaction of nice clean bedding, but since upgrading to a super king size bed it's become the most frustrating thing to do. I have to do it in stages with tea breaks otherwise I really lose my temper with it.

Tidying up

Cleaning I don't mind so much once it's tidy
But getting it tidy? No sooner have I tidied it up and it's a mess again without me ever getting the chance to clean it

Also hate putting washing away

Not a big fan of cleaning walls but seem to do a lot of that. My kids get mucky hand and foot prints everywhere somehow

@palaver1 - I have a fridge tidying tip! each time you go in to take something out to use it, grab something else that's on its way out. Somehow it makes cleaning out less of a chore as you have less rotting food / veg to deal with. I know it's not part of the cleaning exactly but it does help it seem less annoying!
