Are they brill or useless?

Help much appreciated! :)

I love mine - no more mop buckets! Detachable bit is useful as you can steam clean upholstery, curtains and even clothes. Nothing gets rid of horrible smells like dog poo or sick like a good steam - hand held bit is good for those kinds of jobs too. Never used mine on lime scale or grout or anything so can't say whether that works.

I've just dug mine out of the cupboard where it's been for two years. I'm about to do the bathroom floors. The hand held bits are useful. I should use it more than I do.

I used to have a Bissell one but it broke after about 18 months or so. Really rated it and was good to have handheld too. Good for grout and showers. Annoying when they break though of course which you don't experience with a mop of course. 😀 the steam generator just stopped working. Might have been cos I didn't use filtered water?? In the market for a new one, any recommendations? Thank you.
