Hi there

Aufish I take SYNDOL tablets for my migraine I find they are the only ones to work. They also have a muscle relaxant in them and are actually sold on the market for tension headaches. They are strong but do work - I do hope your DP feels better soon.

I've been rushing around like a maniac!

My to do list

~ Hoover downstairs/upstairs done
~ Clean downstairs loo done
~ Tidy lounge done
~ D/W to go on done
~ Clean bathroom done
~ Change towels done
~ Tidy DD bedroom done
~ Tidy DS bedroom done
~ Tidy my bedroom done
~ Masses of Ironing to do.. this won't get done till after tennis

~ Prepare DD tennis kit tennis lesson at 4pm done hopefully it will be cancelled
~ Check online bank balance

~ W/M on plus x 2 more done one more load to do later

I'm now out the door after a well deserved cuppa!!

Luda - I am also at your daily hoovering!!! I suppose it's good exercise!
Glitter - we can keep each other company on the WWW thread! Glad things are looking more hopeful. Aufish abdout your WM and about your DH - hope they sort out what it is. Hello to everyone else!

I've got about half an hour till school pick-up. Will just do a bit of ironing.

my list:

done:

SOrt 2 loads of washing
do 1 load of washing and drying
do 2nd load of washing (now drying)
s+s bathroom
make dinner

need to get on and do more! havnt got ny energy left tho!

Back from the school run, tea is on and kids are all undressed and dressed, school uniforms are in for the wash again!!!!! They all looked so clean and tidy this morning and yet in the space of 6 hours they are all messy! So my done list for now is this:

Tea on
tumble dryer on
W/M loaded and on
Need to go and get my other half up in a minute and give him a drink.

Will be most probably be back on later to catch up with today's news.

My next job: sort out a kitchen drawer which has just spilled all over the floor and instead of stuffing the pens and papers back in I'm going to sort it out!

-change DS1's bedding
-clear music cupboard
-write note for school
-two emails
-wash out recyle boxes
-put rubbish out

Hi

~Hoover (hasn't been done for 3 days! ...I normally hoover every day!
~Hoover hall and kitchen and stairs
~Tidy kids bedrooms (can't actually walk in a straight line through DD's bedroom!)done
~Clean sink, bath and loo done
~Hoover all upstairs

Funnily enough I have done everything but the hoovering!!!
I even had time to get my nails done (having trouble typing now though!)I'm not usually a nail type of girl, as I always break them, but have to say they look rather nice!

Will hoover after supper I think, which is nearly ready so I'd better shoot.

Evening all

Kids are in bed already both were very tired and as dh is going to be late I decided to just get on with a quick bedtime - I don't think it'll be long before they're asleep tonight
After my last post saying I was going to MN for a while, ds came in demanding to use the computer so I was turfed off and forced into tidying up a bit instead while waiting for the phone call - had a quick whizz round putting bits away/wiping down the kitchen counters etc and have to say the house looked better by the time we all finally got home after after-school activity (it's a mess again now but hopefully won't take long to clear the supper stuff, unpack the shopping etc)
I'm hoping for a very productive day about the house tomorrow to try to regain some control

We are all running a bit late! I'm off to put them all to bed in a mo....I have finally hoovered downstairs and god it feels good! lol!!
Good luck tomorrow shouldbe, I feel a bit better today after getting some house work done. I know what you mean exactly!!!(but I think I'm a bit of a closet control freak! )

Londonmamma I do not stop for a minute until they are all in bed and even then I have to make sandwiches and the washing up and a general tidy, as the amount of stuff and mess they generate is unbelievable, saying that though I always get complimented on the house and the kids! I have had a total of 5 hours kip and I know I haven't finished for tonight but some how am still going. I'll drop as soon as the kids are in bed, so I had better get off this and get on with the washing up and drying up and the sandwiches. School uniforms are just going into the tumble dryer and then I will have to iron them for another messy day ahead!

Hi all.
Long thread today and i have forgotten most of who said what! How useless am i?

Well i have had a fun day. Took DD's swimming for the 1st time! We were going with a friend but she couldn't make it so i braved it alone.
it was really great. For nearly an hour it was just me and DD's! then as we were thinking of getting out one person got in with a little boy!

I spent too much in the shops (only on things that were really needed.)

I am totally shattered now!! But i have managed to tidy and hoover the front room. I like to hoover once a day too. With my 4 it needs it!

Oooh forgot to add that i got an email today saying the WM part has been dispatched today! So delivery is still 3-5 F'ing days! I can't go on like this. I hope its here tomorrow or i will have to start hand washing!!

You're not alone EHM as I've read it and forgotten it, too!

I hope anyone who isn't well gets better soon.

I've worked today so don't have a huge done list.
Done:-
~ unloaded and reloaded d/w
~ walked dog
~ made tea (salmon fillet and veg and the kids ate almost every bit)
~ sorted out recycling
~ weeded in the garden for about 15 mins
~ looked at Christening gift ideas in Welsh bookshop
~ bought shorts and tights type pump shoe liners for dd
~ got book from library (How to talk so kids will listen and listen so kids will talk) and have ordered the teen one and another one
~ did a food shop and put it away

Do you know, that's a longer list than I thought it would be! Not bad considering that I was in work for about 6 1/2 hours. Right. I'd like to do some ironing and I've just remembered that New Tricks is on so I'm off. See you tomorrow!

Glad im not the only one who forgets it all. i am too tired to make notes as i read .
I have made the lunches a bit earlier tonight. So one more thing out the way!

DD's new Dora bike should be here tomorrow, hopefully while she is at pre-school then can hide it ready for thursday.
should also have a new set of draws coming for DS2. Its a surprise for him. He has had the same draws since he was a baby and his clothes are getting far to big for them!

Tort - it'll be nice for you to see the children's faces when they get their new things. You and Aufish really do well to manage four children each.
