Is there a fixed curtain holdback that would project from a wall where window edge is flush to the wall

Does that make sense? In our 60s house some of the windows are the full width of a room so I would need a T type bracket to fix the the adjoining wall for an holdback. I prefer a metal large hook type holdback than a cord.
