My house is a complete tip, I've loads of washing to do and I'm really not into the whole fly shine your sink nonsense (sorry to those who are)

you're right MMJ - just a little effort would make mine look so much better - sod Anthea and her perfect towels

ok here's what I'm doing first, basic stuff
hang washing out
put another load in
put dishwasher on and tidy kitchen

May I join you?

I have all day free to clean, tidy and wash.

Instead, I've just watched some shoit on telly and eaten crisps.

On the plus side, I will now putthe wrappers in the bin.

Please don't make me clean my cooker...

tortoise · 01/05/2007 10:31

Funny, your lists look just like us FLYers do! Its not all sink shining.
But i do still waste to much time on here!

littlemissbossy · 01/05/2007 10:32

Of course you can join and we won't force you to clean the cooker

cooker is done and now I'm about to embark on the unthinkable - I'm going to wash the kitchen floor [gulp]

I fear the FLY threads.

They look so efficient.

I am a slob, it would never work between us.

littlemissbossy · 01/05/2007 10:34

I agree WT and you have to do it EVERY DAY
who wants to do that LOL

What fresh Hell is that?!

From where I sit, I can see 3 things that should have gone to the dump since before Christmas and I'm strangely proud of that.

so far i have got the kids up and sorted and taken to school, cleaned the bathroom and the toilet, cleaned the kitchen worktops, sold a set of alloy wheels from our old car, done 2 loads of washing, done the dishes and made the beds. just going to put the hoover round and polish in a bit when dd wakes from her nap

however i have got upstairs a massive box of clothes and stuff that i need to sort to sell on ebay which i have been trying to get round to doing for over a month now

oh well. good intentions! lol

littlemissbossy · 01/05/2007 11:02

AAW you're too quick, you have to go slower if you want to stay in the club LOL

MadeForIt · 01/05/2007 11:06

For some reason, I find it really hard to keep the house CLEAN. I have no problem keeping it relatively tidy. I'm not a fan of clutter, altho im not obsessed, a few clothes strewn over a bedroom chair is ok. But i just despair sometimes at things like the cooker, the side of the cooker, that wall near the bin, little crooks and crevices! Unless you do those things every day or every other day, how do you keep them clean? Sometimes, despite feeling that i try to keep things clean, i think my house is filthy. rant over.

Birdly · 01/05/2007 11:14

I'll join, I'm scared of Fly too!

I've done one load of washing and put it out
Put another load in
Removed dried-on Weetabix from kids' table (thrown by DS)
Paid DD's pre-school bill
Made a to-do list

Surely that's enough?!

AnAngelWithin · 01/05/2007 11:23

oh ok! what if i say that it took me since yesterday to do it?! lol

AnAngelWithin · 01/05/2007 11:24

btw im not normally eager to get things done! just ive got a mum coming round for coffee so it gave me a kick up the bum lol

littlemissbossy · 01/05/2007 11:48

just wasted half an hour messing with the computer - bloody mouse stopped working ARRGHHH! for a moment, thought I was going to have the whole day cleaning [passing out]
must get on, keep it up ladies

Manictigger · 01/05/2007 11:49

How's about calling it the spider club? Not in a nasty way (I admire flyers, I just know that to try to be one will lead to disappointment and depression. Much like trying to be like Elle McPherson - it is pointless because it is unattainable)

littlemissbossy · 01/05/2007 11:55

LOL how about snail club - spiders are probably too fast for us
going to hang more washing out
