Random, but it's my 6 year olds birthday in a couple of weeks and all he wants is a cordless vacuum! As I would also like one and he's obviously just had presents at Christmas we've decided to go with it.
We've found a good deal on a Vax Blade 32v cordless (£160) and that's prob the max we can afford to spend. However, my concern is the wheels are plastic and I'm worried it's going to scratch the Karndean we have downstairs and the painted wooden floor we have upstairs. Has anyone had any experience of this with this vacuum? Did it scratch?
Also - can anyone recommend a cordless at a good price, which is effective and doesn't scratch wood floors?
Thanks
