Cleaning limescale from shower screen and bathroom tiles

What's the best way to do this? Fed up with my bathroom looking so horrible!

We live in a ridiculously hard water area. I use Viakal spray periodically which I spray onto the doors, tiles or shower fittings as needed and leave for a few minutes and scrub off. The Ecover one works just as well. I use Method daily shower spray every day too which is brilliant - you just spray the glass just before you get out of your shower and leave it. I think that is the thing that has kept my shower looking great 5 years on.
